RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return a product, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused (and if applicable, unwashed) and with the original packaging. Please note we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

We fully understand that when trying clothes at home, you may need to exchange for a different size. Please notify us which relacement size you would like, when returning the unwanted ones. As outbound delivery is free (within the UK) you may wish to order one pair only until you have confirmed the correct size as this will limit any return postage fees for you the buyer.

MAKING RETURNS

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Please notify DisabledGear.com limited via e-mail info@disabledgear.com and return to us at the following address within 7 working days, including your name and contact & order details (a print out of the emailed order confirmation or invoice would suffice):

When returning items you are strongly recommended to use a delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We are unable to exchange or refund particular items due to hygiene reasons or if the item was modified for you. Such items will be clearly marked within their full listings.
